Atex has migrated its ticket management system from its in house system Weblog through to JIRA.
As such external customer access to Weblog has been taken offline. For registered users you can submit new issues by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or logging into the Jira Customer Portal at atexmedia.atlassian.net/servicedesk and logging your issue there.
